Why do I have to sign a contract?
A contract is nothing scary; in fact, it protects you. Without a contract, anyone could take your money and just not show up! A contract protects both sides and just makes sure that you're getting exactly what you're paying for.
Can we sign the contract through the mail/e-mail?
Sure! We will e-mail you the contract and paperwork to fill out, and hold your date for a short time, so you can sign it and send it back with your security deposit. We are also available by phone to help you every step of the way!
How much time do you need to setup?
We generally request at least 2 hours prior to the engagement to setup and check all of our equipment.(unless otherwise specified)
Can we meet in person?
Of course! If you prefer to meet in person we can schedule a meeting to discuss your event.
Do you give discounts ?
Sure ! However we reserve discounts for our partners and repeat customers.
What methods of payment do you accept ?
Cash and Mobile money.
